Paid Parental Leave

We are committed to supporting you during significant life events, and we recognize the importance of bonding with and caring for a new child. Therefore, we are pleased to introduce our Parental Leave Benefit.

You are eligible for one week of paid parental leave to support you during the birth or adoption of a child.

Eligibility: To be eligible for this benefit, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be a team member working at least 30 hours per week.
  • You must have completed one year of employment with the company.
     

During your one-week parental leave, you will receive your regular pay, which is separate from other paid time-off benefits you may be eligible for. Your paid parental leave will run concurrently with Family Medical Leave (FMLA) if applicable. This means that your parental leave will not extend the total leave duration under FMLA but will be included within it.
