Paid Parental Leave

To support you through the birth or adoption of a child, the parental leave benefit provides one week of paid time off from work to care for and bond with a new child. This paid time is separate from other paid time off benefits you are eligible for and runs concurrently with Family Medical Leave (FMLA). Team members working at least 30 hours per week with one year of employment are eligible for one week of paid parental leave per rolling twelve month period. Documentation is required to utilize this benefit.
